If you are interested in bidding on a foreclosed property, it is recommended that you come into the Court Department of the Holmes County Clerk’s Office to physically review the files we have on each foreclosure.

*PLEASE NOTE THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN THE ACCEPTABLE FUNDS POLICY FOR FORECLOSURES AND TAX DEED SALES. BANK DRAFTS AND PRE-APPROVED PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED FOR ANY BUYER. ALL SALES ARE FOR CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS WITH A DEPOSIT DUE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SALE. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
